New Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 spied on test in near-production form

  • Spotted testing in India
  • Near production-ready form
  • Likely to be launched by the end of 2025

Royal Enfield has been spotted testing the upcoming Himalayan 750 a couple of times before. However, this time, the adventure motorcycle can be seen in production-ready form in clearer images. That said, even the top management from the brand was present during the tests.

Even though the motorcycle was covered in camouflage, it revealed new and interesting details. It comes with a large fairing with a circular LED headlight in tune with the ‘Himalayan’ design. The fuel tank also looks large, which is to be expected since the Himalayan 750 is primarily focused on touring. In contrast, the side and rear section is sleek and features the high-set exhaust pipe.

Then, there is a new frame and subframe that is suspended by upside down forks and a monoshock for the rear. Both units seem to be of the adjustable kind. The test mule was spotted with a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheels that are likely to come with tubeless tyres.

As for features, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 could come with TFT screen with Bluetooth, navigation, cruise control and even ride modes. Now, much is not known of the new engine, but we expect it to be a 750cc, parallel-twin engine derived from the 650 range. It should offer upwards of 50bhp and 60Nm and paired to a six-speed gearbox.

Royal Enfield is likely to showcase the motorcycle at the 2025 EICMA by the end of the year and introduce it to global markets in 2026.
