- Comes with revised ergonomics
- Gets different graphics and seat cowl
- No changes to engine
Royal Enfield has unveiled a sharper, more performance-oriented version of its Sherpa-powered roadster, the Guerrilla 450 APEX, for 2026.
Positioned as a more focused variant of the standard Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, the APEX brings revised ergonomics, road-biased tyres, and updated electronics while retaining the same 452cc single-cylinder platform shared with the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.

The biggest change comes in the riding position. The APEX features lowered and repositioned aluminium handlebars, giving it a more forward-leaning, committed stance compared to the upright ergonomics of the standard model introduced in 2024.
Mechanically, the bike remains largely unchanged. It continues to use the liquid-cooled 452cc DOHC single-cylinder engine producing 39.4bhp at 8,000rpm and around 40Nm of torque at 5,500rpm. The twin spar tubular steel frame, derived from the Himalayan, also carries over.

Where the APEX differentiates itself further is in its tyres. It swaps the standard CEAT rubber for Vredestein Centauro ST tyres, which are more road-focused and designed to offer improved grip, especially in wet or low-traction conditions.
On the electronics front, the Street and Sport riding modes have been refined, and the system now remembers the last selected mode, adding a layer of everyday convenience. These settings are controlled via Royal Enfield’s circular Tripper Dash TFT display, which includes Google Maps-powered navigation and smartphone connectivity.
Visually, the APEX gets exclusive styling touches, including new colour options, APEX Red and APEX Black, along with rim tapes, a sculpted rear seat cowl, and a colour-coded front cowl for a sportier look.
Alongside the APEX, Royal Enfield has also introduced two new colour options for the standard Guerrilla 450: Twilight Blue and Shadow Ash, expanding the overall palette for the range.
