Okay, so it isn’t out terrorising the roads like a Terminator, but what Akrapovič’s dyno riding robot does do is help Akrapovič ensure highly scientific testing of their products.
The reason behind using a robot? Well, as good as we might think we are, we can’t replicate the exact same conditions and riding parameters time and time again – and that’s what you need in proper scientific testing.
We think the idea is pretty darn cool, and if the result is even higher quality and better results from Akrapovič exhausts on our bikes, well, we’re willing to risk the robot uprising.
