It has been more than six years since MV Agusta first unveiled the Rush, but the Italian brand’s hyper-naked lineup is set to expand again in 2026 with the arrival of the titanium-laden Rush Titanio. The new model made its public debut at The I.C.E. in St Moritz, Switzerland, a high-profile winter event that brings together motorcycle and car enthusiasts, collectors, and industry figures.
Production of the Rush Titanio will be strictly limited, with just 300 units available worldwide. The bike is expected to reach customers later this year. At its core sits a 1,000cc inline-four engine, though MV Agusta has so far chosen to keep power and torque figures under wraps. What the Varese-based manufacturer has made clear, however, is that this model is as much about materials and craftsmanship as outright numbers.
Titanium features heavily throughout the Rush Titanio, particularly within the engine itself. It uses 16 radial titanium valves along with four forged titanium connecting rods, underlining the brand’s focus on reducing weight while maintaining strength and performance.
That emphasis continues with the exhaust system. The Rush Titanio is fitted with a new Arrow slip-on exhaust made entirely from titanium and finished with an MV Agusta logo. Developed specifically for this model, the exhaust is said to offer reduced weight, improved exhaust flow, and a more refined acoustic signature. Supporting it is a newly designed titanium exhaust carrier, while the fuel tank’s front cover is also made from titanium and finished with a dedicated “Titanio” badge.
Alongside the extensive use of titanium, MV Agusta has added a generous selection of carbon fibre components. These parts feature a new premium twill weave finish, further reinforcing the Rush Titanio’s high-end positioning.
The Rush name itself has continued to evolve since its debut at the 2019 EICMA show in Milan. In 2023, the range was expanded with the Rush Mamba, finished in the striking Rosso Mamba 2.0 colour scheme. The Titanio now represents the most material-focused and exclusive interpretation of the platform to date.
Completing the package are several smaller but notable details. Both the dashboard carriers and headlight carrier are made from titanium, while titanium screws are used across multiple areas of the bike, including the front mudguard. Together, these elements underline MV Agusta’s intent to create not just a limited-run motorcycle, but a showcase of engineering detail and premium design.
