Triumph has expanded its Triumph Factory Custom (TFC) range with the launch of the new Speed Twin 1200 TFC, a limited-edition modern classic restricted to just 750 units worldwide. The exclusive model combines premium components, lightweight materials and bespoke styling to sit at the top of the Speed Twin line-up.
Power comes from Triumph’s familiar 1,200cc ‘High Power’ parallel-twin engine, producing 103.5bhp at 7,750rpm and 112Nm of torque at 4,250rpm. While the engine remains mechanically unchanged, the TFC features Akrapovič titanium silencers with carbon-fibre end caps, helping trim weight while adding a more premium finish.

The Speed Twin 1200 TFC tips the scales at a claimed 214kg (wet), making it around 2kg lighter than the standard Speed Twin 1200 and Speed Twin 1200 RS, and 3kg lighter than the Speed Twin 1200 Café Racer Edition.
Visually, the motorcycle adopts Triumph’s signature TFC styling with a black-and-gold paint scheme complemented by gold fork lowers. Carbon-fibre components feature throughout, including the front and rear mudguards, side panels and heel guards, reinforcing the bike’s premium positioning.
The biggest mechanical upgrade comes in the suspension department. Up front are fully adjustable Öhlins forks, replacing the Marzocchi units found on lower-spec Speed Twin models, while the rear retains premium Öhlins twin shocks with remote reservoirs.

A billet aluminium top yoke secures a set of clip-on handlebars with bar-end mirrors, while each motorcycle carries its own individually numbered plaque, highlighting its place within the limited production run. Braking performance is upgraded with Brembo Stylema radial calipers paired with a Brembo master cylinder and an adjustable MCS brake lever, delivering track-inspired stopping power.
The premium touches continue with a hand-stitched leather seat featuring a suede rider insert, while compact bullet-style LED indicators double as the rear brake and tail lights, replacing the conventional central tail lamp for a cleaner rear profile. Equipment levels remain comprehensive, with a bi-directional quickshifter, cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control, three riding modes and a colour TFT instrument display operated through bar-mounted controls.
The Speed Twin 1200 TFC is the latest addition to Triumph’s exclusive Factory Custom programme, which produces limited-run, high-specification versions of existing models. Following earlier TFC editions of the Thruxton, Rocket 3 and Bonneville Bobber, the new Speed Twin 1200 TFC further expands Triumph’s premium modern classic portfolio while becoming the flagship of its Bonneville-based 1200cc range.
