Just 750 examples of Triumph’s latest Factory Custom will be built worldwide, combining premium Öhlins suspension, Akrapovič exhausts and carbon fibre detailing with the punchy 1200cc Bonneville twin.

Triumph has pulled the covers off the latest addition to its prestigious Triumph Factory Custom (TFC) range, introducing the new Speed Twin 1200 TFC – a hand-finished, limited-edition version of its flagship modern classic.
Restricted to just 750 individually numbered motorcycles worldwide, the new model becomes only the fifth motorcycle to wear the coveted TFC badge, following previous Thruxton, Rocket 3 and Bobber TFC editions.

Based on the recently updated Speed Twin 1200 RS, the TFC takes the performance-focused roadster a step further with premium components, bespoke styling and a more aggressive riding position.
The most obvious changes include low-mounted clip-on handlebars, rearset footpegs and fully adjustable Öhlins suspension front and rear, while Brembo Stylema brakes, lightweight seven-spoke wheels and Metzeler Racetec RR K3 tyres are aimed at delivering sharper handling on twisty roads.
“Based on the recently updated Speed Twin 1200 RS, the TFC takes the performance-focused roadster a step further with premium components, bespoke styling and a more aggressive riding position.”
Power comes from Triumph’s liquid-cooled 1200cc Bonneville twin, producing 105PS (77.2kW) and 112Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring Triumph Shift Assist for clutchless up and down changes, while three riding modes, Optimised Cornering ABS and cornering traction control are all fitted as standard.
Visually, the Speed Twin 1200 TFC stands apart thanks to its exclusive Obsidian Gold paint scheme, gloss carbon fibre bodywork, blacked-out detailing, gold anodised fork lowers, gold chain and titanium Akrapovič silencers with carbon end caps. Each bike also features a leather and suede seat, billet aluminium details, machined bar-end mirrors and its own numbered plaque on the top yoke, accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.

Triumph says the bike is designed to offer a more connected and sporting ride while retaining the distinctive character that has made the Speed Twin one of the standout models in the company’s Modern Classics range.
“A Triumph Factory Custom is our opportunity to create something special,” said Triumph Chief Marketing Officer Nick Bell.

“The new Speed Twin 1200 TFC takes the most performance-focused motorcycle in our Modern Classics range and elevates it with an exceptional level of detail, performance and exclusivity.”
“The Speed Twin has always been admired for the way it blends timeless style, character and capability. With the TFC, we’ve pushed those qualities even further and the result is a motorcycle that feels even more dynamic, more exclusive and more rewarding to own and ride.”

The cockpit combines a traditional round instrument layout with an integrated LCD/TFT display, while USB-C charging is included for modern convenience.
The Speed Twin 1200 TFC is available to order now, with deliveries scheduled to begin in October 2026. New Zealand pricing has yet to be announced.
