Six dealerships have been confirmed for ZXMOTO’s New Zealand launch, with the first motorcycles expected from December 2026 and more dealer appointments due later this month.
ZXMOTO has announced its first six New Zealand dealers, giving Kiwi riders a clearer picture of where they’ll be able to buy the new brand’s motorcycles — and when the bikes are expected to arrive.
The initial network stretches from Whangārei to Christchurch, with five North Island dealerships and one in the South Island. ZXMOTO says further appointments are already progressing, with the next round of dealers to be announced no later than Friday, November 27.
The announcement follows the opening of local pre-orders and the release of introductory New Zealand pricing, with sportsbikes, retro-styled nakeds and motocross models forming the first wave.

The First ZXMOTO New Zealand Dealers
The confirmed dealerships are:
- North Coast Moto — Whangārei
- Holeshot Motorcycles — Auckland
- NV Motorcycles — Morrinsville
- Bayride Motorcycles — Tauranga
- Cyclespot Wellington — Lower Hutt
- Casbolts Motorcycles — Christchurch
For riders watching the brand’s arrival, the dealer announcement adds a practical next step to the specifications and prices already released. Now buyers will have a firmer understanding of what sort of support they will have in their local area.

When Will ZXMOTO Models Arrive in New Zealand?
ZXMOTO’s latest New Zealand update gives the following expected arrival months:
| Model | Expected arrival |
|---|---|
| 500RR and 500RR LAMS | December 2026 |
| MX250 | December 2026 |
| MX450 | January 2027 |
| 820RR | February 2027 |
| 500F and 500F LAMS | February 2027 |
These are starting arrival windows rather than guaranteed delivery dates for individual orders. ZXMOTO says shipping, customs and other factors may affect timing. The company also says initial shipments will be limited, with motorcycles allocated in the order pre-orders were received for each model.

What’s in the First Line-up?
The 500RR will lead the road-bike arrivals. Its 470cc inline-four offers an alternative to the twins common in this part of the market, with introductory pricing of $10,990 for either the unrestricted or LAMS version.
Following in February is the 820RR, an 818cc triple-cylinder sportsbike priced at $14,990. It is likely to attract attention from riders looking for middleweight performance at an accessible price.
The 500F takes the four-cylinder formula in a more traditional direction, combining a 470cc engine with retro naked-bike styling. Both unrestricted and LAMS versions are listed at $10,190, with February arrivals expected.
Dirt riders are included too, with the MX250 at $10,490 and MX450 at $10,990.
All prices are introductory New Zealand RRPs, including GST and excluding on-road costs where applicable.

More Models to Follow
The initial range won’t be the end of the rollout. ZXMOTO says a second round of pre-orders will open from late November as pricing and arrival timing are confirmed for further models across the rally, naked, adventure and cruiser segments.
That next phase includes the 450 Rally, although this announcement does not give it a New Zealand arrival month.
For now, buyers can pre-order their chosen model and colour with a $500 fully refundable holding deposit. ZXMOTO says a representative will then make contact to finalise the order and connect the buyer with their nearest dealership.
With the first dealers named and arrival windows now outlined, the next milestone will be getting motorcycles onto showroom floors — and finding out how they perform on New Zealand roads and tracks.
