Former motorcycling World Champion Wayne Gardner’s new movie “Wayne” is scheduled for release this week here in New Zealand, at all major cinemas, from Thursday the 13th of September.
A biography of his incredible career, from purchasing his first motorcycle to winning the World Championship, the movie shares a special insight into Wayne’s life, with interviews of his family and friends. Wayne recently visited our shores, promoting the film, as well as visiting the circuit at Hampton Downs where he spent time with fans and racers alike. Still just a regular ‘bloke’, Wayne says being in the limelight again is “like winning the Championship all over again”.
