Norton teases new model ahead of EICMA 2025 debut

  • Teased on social media
  • Unveil scheduled for November 4
  • Plan also includes five new models

Norton Motorcycles is stirring anticipation with its latest teaser on social media, hinting at a brand-new model that’s set to make its official debut at the EICMA motorcycle show in Milan on November 4.

As previously reported, Norton, under the ownership of TVS Motor Company, is working on a new line-up of mid- and small-capacity motorcycles. Several of these bikes are expected to launch later this year, and the timing of this teaser suggests that one of them will be unveiled at EICMA, aligning with the company’s broader product strategy.

Rumours also suggest that one of the models in the pipeline could revive the Electra name. If accurate, the Norton Electra may represent the brand’s new 400cc platform, though there’s still speculation over whether this might instead be an evolved version of one of Norton’s current V4 models. Beyond the silhouette-style teaser image, Norton has offered no technical details or specifications. What is confirmed is that the official unveiling is scheduled for November 4, exactly three months and 17 days from now, coinciding with the opening day of EICMA 2025, which runs until November 9.

The upcoming 300cc and 400cc models from Norton are expected to position themselves as rivals to bikes like Royal Enfield’s Classic 350 and the Triumph Scrambler 400. However, precise comparisons will be clearer once more details are made public. In parallel with its international ambitions, TVS plans to expand Norton’s presence in India, aiming to introduce six new models by 2027. Currently, the Norton range includes only three offerings: the Commando 961, the V4SV sports bike, and the naked V4CR.

When will the new Norton motorcycles make their way to our shores? Only time will tell…
