Indian Motorcycles has finally pulled the covers off their brand spanking new FTR 1200 and FTR 1200 S, taking design and styling cues from the championship-winning FTR 750 that has dominated American Flat Track racing since 2016.

Featuring a 1203cc V-Twin that packs approximately 120 horsepower and a very linear torque curve that peaks at 115 Nm for flexibility and strong acceleration in any gear, housed in a trellis frame that supports an upright riding position. The FTR 1200 S gets upgraded fully adjustable front and rear suspension, a 4.3 inch customisable Ride Command LCD touch screen with Bluetooth compatibility, as well as lean-angle sensitive stability control, ABS traction control, and wheelie mitigation control. Three Ride Modes have unique throttle response and traction control intervention levels.

Both models will begin shipping to dealers in the first half of 2019.
