- Gets a new colour scheme
- No changes to engine or features
MV Agusta has expanded its 2026 lineup with a new premium finish for the Brutale 800, introducing the Nero Carbonio (Carbon Black) livery.
Mechanically unchanged from the existing Matt Red version, the update is purely cosmetic, but positioned as more premium. The Nero Carbonio scheme adds an extra clear coat layer for a deeper finish, complemented by Rosso Ago accents and striking red wheels. That added exclusivity, however, comes with a higher price tag.
Underneath, the Brutale 800 retains its 798cc inline triple engine, producing 111bhp at 11,000rpm and around 85Nm of torque at 7,500rpm, figures that keep it firmly in the sharp middleweight naked category.

The chassis setup remains equally focused. Up front is a fully adjustable 43mm Marzocchi USD fork, paired with an adjustable Sachs monoshock at the rear. Braking is handled by Brembo M4.32 four-piston callipers gripping twin 320mm discs, with a twin-piston rear calliper and 220mm disc completing the setup. Other hardware highlights include Bridgestone S22 tyres and MV Agusta’s signature single-sided swingarm. Rider interface comes via a 5.5-inch TFT display, with four riding modes: Rain, Sport, Race, and Custom.
A key point for 2026 is that MV Agusta now includes its full electronics suite as standard across the range. That’s notable in a market where many brands are increasingly locking features behind paid upgrades. Here, everything is available out of the box, backed by a five-year warranty.
In short, this update doesn’t change how the Brutale 800 rides, but it does sharpen its premium appeal, while quietly making a statement on value by bundling in the full electronics package as standard.
