Moto Morini unveils new 350cc V-twin!

  • Comes with a 350cc, V-twin engine
  • Offers basic equipment and an accessible seat height

Moto Morini is stepping into the fast-growing small-capacity retro market with a new 3½ Sport, reviving a classic name from 1974. This fresh naked roadster is powered by a modest 350.3cc V-twin engine, giving it a friendly and approachable character.

The brand, now owned by China’s Zhongneng Vehicle Group since 2018, has recently become known for its stylish middleweight models that use older Kawasaki-sourced parallel-twin engines. But things are shifting. At this year’s EICMA show in Milan, Morini displayed a wide range of new models, from small trail bikes to large 1200cc adventure machines, plus a fully faired Corsaro Sport running a new 90-degree 749cc V-twin.

Focusing back on the 3½ Sport, Moto Morini says the bike makes an A2-friendly 32.2bhp at 8500rpm and 22.1lb-ft of torque at 5500rpm. It won’t be a rocket, but the numbers place it well among new rivals like the modern BSA Bantam 350 and ahead of gentler options such as Honda’s GB350S.

The 8-valve V-twin meets Euro5+ rules and sits in a simple steel beam frame with an aluminium swingarm. The seat height is a manageable 795mm, and the 15.5-litre fuel tank is positioned just in front of the flat, comfortable seat. Morini is also offering two handlebar choices—traditional flat bars or slightly sportier items, while the low footpegs help keep the riding position relaxed for both city use and casual weekend rides.

The 3½ Sport has a dry weight of 154kg and an overall length of 2090mm. Thanks to the slim V-twin layout, riders should find the bike feels narrow and easy to manage. Suspension is provided by 37mm upside-down forks offering 130mm of travel, paired with a monoshock that provides 120mm of travel and preload adjustment. The bike rides on 17-inch cast wheels, fitted with a 110/70 front tyre and a 150/60 rear.

Moto Morini expects the bike to arrive in the first half of 2026, pending confirmation of a new distributor. Colour options will include Legacy Red and Pure White, with full LED lighting, a vintage-style fuel cap, and classic 3½-inspired graphics finishing the retro look.
