- To build new bikes in Solihul, UK
- Information on new model to be unveiled on 4 November
- More models at 2025 EICMA
Norton Motorcycles is preparing for a major milestone as its Solihull facility gears up to produce a brand-new flagship model later this year. While the brand has yet to officially confirm what the motorcycle will be, signs strongly suggest it could be the much-anticipated Norton V4 superbike.
The shift comes as production of the long-standing Commando 961 draws to a close, making way for a new era. Recent spy shots of the V4 prototype only strengthen speculation that the company’s next chapter will be led by this high-performance machine.
Norton has revealed that its upcoming flagship will showcase a modern design language intended to set the tone for future models. The bike will also mark the first time the company’s revamped brand identity is introduced across its line-up, signalling a strong move toward contemporary styling while retaining its premium British character.

Since being acquired by TVS Motor Company, Norton has received significant investment aimed at securing its long-term success. More than 25% has been added to the Solihull workforce in 2025 alone, underlining the brand’s growth ambitions.
The wider strategy is clear: re-establish Britain as a hub for high-end motorcycle manufacturing. By creating jobs, strengthening UK supply chains, and investing in new skills, Norton is positioning itself at the heart of the country’s premium motorcycle industry once again. Excitement is already building, with Norton teasing glimpses of its new machines on social media. The official unveiling is scheduled for EICMA in Milan on 4 November 2025, where the flagship model is expected to lead the brand into its next generation.
