Aprilia recently unveiled the Tuareg Rally, which is due to be launched in New Zealand soon. We bring you all the details of the adventure motorcycle through this image gallery!

The Tuareg Rally is a desert-ready evolution of the Tuareg 660 inspired by its Africa Eco Race victory and fine-tuned with direct input from rally winner Jacopo Cerutti.

Sharper throttle response, revised suspension, and a chassis tuned for high-speed stability bring the production bike closer than ever to the race machine. Rugged touches include a high mudguard, reinforced skid plate, hand guards with metal cores, and a tougher chain guide built for extreme conditions.

A taller seat, reshaped handlebars, and heavy-duty spoked wheels with Ergal rims and tube-type tyres improve rider control and durability on rough terrain. The Kayaba suspension retains its 240mm of travel but now utilises firmer springs for improved precision, while a broader side stand enhances stability on soft ground.

Performance gains are achieved through an SC Project exhaust, titanium silencer, and bespoke mapping, which trim the weight to 199kg and sharpen throttle engagement.

Visually, it mirrors the Africa Eco Race bike with gold-anodised forks, bars, and wheels, alongside Aprilia’s refreshed 2025 Tuareg 660 updates and new colours: Tornado Green and Hailstorm White.

Priced at $23,990 (+ORC), the Tuareg Rally lands in October, only $1,000 more than the base model, while the MY24 Tuareg 660 stock is currently offered with $2,000 off.
