Suzuki has introduced a new range of Hamamatsu Edition models in Spain, adding a premium touch to five of its popular motorcycles with extra equipment and exclusive detailing.
The special edition lineup includes the V-Strom 1050 Tech, V-Strom 1050DE, GSX-S1000GT, GSX-S1000GX, and GSX-S1000. Across the board, these editions receive unique emblems and stickers, typically placed on the lower sections of the fuel tank and side fairings, reinforcing their limited-edition identity.
One of the standout upgrades is the inclusion of exhaust systems from Akrapovic on the GSX-S1000GT, GSX-S1000GX, and GSX-S1000, adding both a visual and performance edge over the standard models.
Each bike also gets model-specific enhancements. The GSX-S1000GX, for instance, benefits from a premium seat, heated grips, a smoked windscreen, and panniers, making it more touring-ready. The GSX-S1000GT follows a similar theme with heated grips, an embroidered seat, tank protection, and side cases. Meanwhile, the GSX-S1000 gains an embroidered seat along with brake and clutch lever protectors for a sportier edge.
All GSX-S1000-based models continue to use the same 999cc inline-four engine, producing 150bhp and 106 Nm of torque. On the adventure side, the V-Strom 1050DE Hamamatsu Edition adds practical upgrades like heated grips, additional protection, and auxiliary high-mounted lights, enhancing its long-distance and off-road capability.
