- Flying Flea C6 spied for the first time
- To be positioned as a city EV with heaps of features
- Likely to be globally launched in 2026
Royal Enfield introduced its first-ever electric motorcycle- the C6- under its Flying Flea sub-brand at the EICMA 2024 in Italy. And now, a few months later, the electric motorcycle has been spied on test for the first time.
The spy images reveal that the production version would be closely similar to the prototype. It gets a pillion seat and the girder suspension- a modern version of the setup that featured on the original Flying Flea. Now, Royal Enfield has kept the e-bike’s specification and details under wraps. However, we can expect the brand to position the C6 as an EV suited for everyday city use rather than something you would tour with.

With that said, the Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 uses an aluminium frame with an integrated magnesium battery casing. This is said to improve cooling while keeping the kerb weight low. As for features, the electric motorcycle is decently loaded. Its feature list reads a circular TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. Then, it also gets traction control and cornering ABS- a first for any motorcycle to roll out from Royal Enfield.
Whether or not Royal Enfield plan to bring in the e-bike to Australia and New Zealand is yet to be known. However, we will have more details of the Flying Flea C6 closer to its launch timeline, which is expected in 2026.
