Moto Morini Corsaro Sport finally makes debut

  • Powered by a 749cc, V-twin with a dry sump clutch
  • Fitted with top-spec components and features
  • To reach global markets by mid-2026

Moto Morini has confirmed the launch timeline for its fully faired Corsaro Sport, more than three years after the model was first revealed. While final specifications are still to be announced, the Italian brand says the middleweight supersport will arrive in global markets by mid-2026.

Moto Morini Corsaro Sport

The Corsaro Sport is positioned as the most performance-focused model in the Corsaro line-up, which also includes the upright Corsaro and touring-oriented Corsaro GT. All three share the same engine, with the Sport using Moto Morini’s 749cc dry-sump 90-degree V-twin. The engine features a MotoGP-style counter-rotating crankshaft and produces a claimed 94.7bhp at 9,500rpm, with 74Nm of torque available from 7,000rpm.

Underneath, the Corsaro Sport uses an aluminium and steel composite frame. Moto Morini says it has a unique chassis geometry compared to the naked and GT models, designed to deliver sharper handling and a more focused riding experience. Suspension consists of adjustable upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock connected via a progressive linkage, although detailed component specifications have not yet been confirmed.

Braking is handled by Brembo monobloc callipers gripping twin 320mm front discs. The bike rolls on 17-inch alloy wheels, fitted with a 120/70 front tyre and a notably wide 190/55 rear, a size more commonly seen on litre-class superbikes. Moto Morini claims a dry weight of under 200kg. The Corsaro Sport will also feature a full electronics package, including cruise control and multiple riding modes.
