Honda NT1100 Gets Two New Colours for 2027

The Honda NT1100 will enter 2027 with two new colour options as the company looks to maintain the touring motorcycle’s strong position in global markets. Both the standard NT1100 and the NT1100 Electronic Suspension variant will be available in Mat Ballistic Black Metallic and Mat Beta Silver Metallic. These new options will join the existing Pearl Hawkseye Blue colour, although Honda has yet to confirm pricing for the 2027 models.

With no mechanical or technical changes announced for the new model year, the updated NT1100 is not expected to be significantly more expensive than the 2026 version.

Since its introduction in 2022, the NT1100 has received several updates, with the most significant changes arriving in 2025. Honda revised its 1,084cc twin-cylinder engine, increasing low- and mid-range torque by seven per cent without affecting peak performance.

The engine update was accompanied by a new six-axis IMU, which manages the motorcycle’s three-level Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), integrated Wheelie Control, Cornering ABS and Rear Lift Control. These systems continue into 2027 alongside the motorcycle’s existing electronics package.

Riders also get three riding modes: Urban, Rain and Tour. Each mode comes with preset combinations of power and engine braking, while two additional User modes allow riders to create their own preferred settings. For those opting for the Electronic Suspension version, the NT1100 continues to use Showa Electronically Equipped Ride Adjustment (Showa-EERA) suspension. The system adjusts damping according to riding conditions and also allows the rider to change rear spring preload while on the move.

That feature remains exclusive to the Electronic Suspension variant, with the standard NT1100 and NT1100 DCT models continuing with conventional suspension.
