- Based on standard 800MT
- Comes with KYB-sourced semi-active suspension
- No word about global launch timeline yet
CFMoto has expanded its 800MT adventure range with the introduction of the new 800MT-ES, bringing semi-active electronic suspension to the line-up.
Based on the existing 800MT Touring, the ES version adds fully electronic suspension developed with KYB, allowing the system to adjust in real time based on road conditions, rider input and load. The setup is supported by a Bosch six-axis IMU, Bosch stability control and four riding modes, giving the bike a more premium electronics package.

Suspension travel is claimed at 160mm up front and 150mm at the rear, while power comes from the Euro5+ compliant 799cc parallel-twin engine. In this configuration, the liquid-cooled motor produces 89.8bhp at 9,250rpm and 49.4lb-ft of torque at 8,000rpm. Braking hardware remains unchanged, with twin 320mm front discs paired with J.Juan radial-mounted four-piston callipers, backed up by Bosch cornering ABS. Traction control also comes as standard.

The cockpit features an 8-inch TFT display, while full LED lighting, including daytime running lights, is fitted as standard. The 800MT-ES carries 19 litres of fuel, has a claimed kerb weight of 231kg, and will be offered in Neptune Blue and Nebula White colour schemes. Like the rest of the 800MT family, the ES uses CFMoto’s own version of the 799cc parallel-twin engine, which also underpins the KTM 790 Adventure.
Whether the CFMoto 800MT-ES will be offered in New Zealand has yet to be confirmed.
