2025 Triumph Tiger Sport 660 gets new electronics

So, the Tiger Sport 660 now gets a wider range of safety aids beginning with a third ride mode called ‘Sport’ in addition to the Road and Rain. Then there is a new cruise control as standard, cornering ABS, switchable traction control and a two-way quickshifter too. Triumph has also added a part-LCD, part-TFT display that offers connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation.

No changes to Tiger Sport 660 engine

Apart from these changes, the Triumph Tiger Sport 660 remains largely the same as before when it comes to engine and hardware. It continues with the three-cylinder 660cc motor that is now Euro5+ compliant and offers 81bhp at 10,250rpm and a peak torque of 63.9Nm at 6250rpm. Hardware comprises of a pair of 41mm Showa upside down forks with 150mm of travel. It even comes with a Showa monoshock that offers 150mm of travel and can be adjusted for preload.

The Tiger Sport 660, despite the Tiger monicker is completely road focused and rides on Michelin Road 5 tyres wrapped on 17-inch alloy wheels. Well, in addition to the electronics package update, the motorcycle gets a new Roulette Green colour for 2025.

With the motorcycle likely to hit international shores in January 2025, we can expect Triumph to introduce the 2025 Tiger Sport 660 in New Zealand and Australia around the same time.
