Harley-Davidson has introduced the Fat Boy Gray Ghost, a limited-edition model created to mark the 35th anniversary of the Fat Boy. Only 1,990 units will be produced globally. Let’s take a look at the details and images of the motorcycle.

The bike uses the same Milwaukee-Eight 117 engine as the 2025 Fat Boy. Output is around 101 bhp and 165.4 Nm, offering modest increases over the 2024 Fat Boy 114—about 7% more horsepower and3% more torque.

The Gray Ghost uses Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) for the tank and fenders. This marks the first time Harley-Davidson has applied this process to large body panels on a production model. The finish is highly reflective and intended to resemble chrome.

A silver powder-coated frame distinguishes this model from the standard Fat Boy. Other visual elements include a round air intake, yellow accents on the rocker and powertrain covers, and a seat with leather detailing and tassels, intended as a reference to older Harley designs.

The motorcycle comes with three ride modes: Road, Rain, and Sport. Other standard features include cornering ABS, traction control, drag-torque slip control, and tyre pressure monitoring. A new five-inch digital display, all-LED lighting, and heated grips are also included.

It’s unclear whether the Fat Boy Gray Ghost will be available in all markets. If it does arrive, only a small number of units are likely to be allocated per region.
