- Comes with a radical design
- Uses a 554cc, parallel-twin engine
- No word about global launch yet
Benelli is continuing its product push with the introduction of the all-new TNT 550 naked, due to join the brand’s line-up in 2026. The new model follows the unveiling of Benelli’s updated adventure touring range at EICMA in November and strengthens the company’s presence in the competitive middleweight naked segment.
Now under the ownership of China’s Qianjiang Motorcycle Group (QJMotor), Benelli already has the Tornado 550 supersport sitting in its portfolio. That connection is important, as the new TNT 550 borrows several core elements from its fully faired sibling.

Most notably, both models are powered by Benelli’s 554cc parallel-twin engine, producing a claimed 55.2bhp at 8,250rpm and 54Nm of torque at 5,500rpm. The motor is housed in a traditional steel tube trellis frame, staying true to Benelli’s long-standing design approach.
Suspension is well specified for the class. Up front, the TNT 550 runs 41mm upside-down forks with adjustment for rebound, compression, and preload, while the rear monoshock offers preload and rebound adjustment. Braking hardware consists of twin 320mm semi-floating front discs paired with four-piston radial calipers, backed up by a 260mm rear disc. The bike rolls on 17-inch aluminium alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli Angel GT II tyres. Electronically, the TNT 550 offers two riding modes- Normal and Sport, along with traction control as standard, which can be switched off. ABS is also standard and can likewise be deactivated if required.

Rounding out the package is a 5-inch TFT display, featuring integrated navigation, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity, bringing the TNT 550 in line with modern middleweight expectations.
Benelli says the TNT 550 will arrive at some point in 2026 with pricing and market availability yet to be confirmed.
