Yamaha has introduced a new colour scheme for the 2027 XSR900, drawing inspiration from the pink-liveried YZF750R of the mid-1990s. The retro-styled naked motorcycle retains its existing engine and mechanical package, with the latest update focused entirely on its appearance.
The new livery combines a white base with a silver chassis, complemented by pink accents and blue detailing across the fuel tank and side panels. The design pays tribute to the YZF750R, which Yamaha says “inspired a generation of riders” during the 1990s.

Called Neon White, the new colour will be offered alongside the existing Midnight Black option for 2027. . Underneath the refreshed paintwork, the XSR900 remains unchanged. Power continues to come from the 890cc, liquid-cooled CP3 inline-three engine, housed in a lightweight aluminium Deltabox-style frame.
The motorcycle also retains its KYB suspension, radial-mount brakes and comprehensive electronics package. Managed by a six-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU), the rider aids include multiple riding modes, traction control, slide control, lift control and a quickshifter.
With no mechanical revisions announced for 2027, the new Neon White finish gives the XSR900 a fresh look while maintaining the performance and equipment of the existing model.
