Royal Enfield’s limited-edition Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts has proven to be an instant hit, with all 100 units selling out worldwide in just three minutes after online bookings opened on July 30.
The special edition, developed in collaboration with renowned Taiwanese custom builder Rough Crafts, was announced last month. Production was limited to just 100 motorcycles globally, making it one of Royal Enfield’s most exclusive models to date.

The motorcycle is inspired by the one-off Caliber Royale custom, which was first unveiled at EICMA 2025 before appearing at Motoverse 2025. Bringing the bespoke build’s styling to a production motorcycle, the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts features a Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black paint scheme with hand-finished gold leaf detailing and subtle grey accents.
Exclusive details include a cast brass collaboration badge, individually numbered fuel tank, black bar-end mirrors, a quilted leather seat, contrast-cut alloy wheels and gold-finished front fork tubes, giving the motorcycle a premium, handcrafted appearance.

Owners will also receive a numbered artwork of the original Caliber Royale sketch, personally signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh, further enhancing the bike’s collector appeal. Mechanically, the motorcycle remains unchanged from the standard Shotgun 650. It continues to be powered by Royal Enfield’s 648cc, air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine, producing 46bhp and 52.3Nm of torque through a six-speed gearbox. The engine retains the distinctive exhaust note that sets the Shotgun apart from the rest of Royal Enfield’s 650cc range.
Selling out in a matter of minutes highlights the strong demand for exclusive, factory-backed custom motorcycles and reinforces the growing global appeal of Royal Enfield’s limited-edition collaborations.
