The organisers of the 2026 Isle of Man TT have announced a revised race programme as persistent poor weather continues to disrupt this year’s event.

With unsettled conditions forecast for the remainder of the week, race officials have reworked the schedule in an effort to maximise racing opportunities while ensuring the safe delivery of the event’s remaining races.

The updated programme places a strong emphasis on ensuring the prestigious Milwaukee Senior TT can take place, while also creating opportunities to complete as much of the remaining race schedule as conditions allow.

Race organisers say the revised timetable has been developed following extensive consideration of weather forecasts, competitor mileage, road closure requirements, operational readiness and overall safety across the 60.7km Mountain Course.

Although a provisional schedule remains in place for Thursday, officials admit the likelihood of racing taking place is currently low. A final decision will be made on Thursday morning following further discussions between Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson and the Isle of Man Met Office.

Should conditions improve sufficiently, Thursday would provide the only remaining opportunity to run RL360 Superstock TT Race 1. Organisers have confirmed the race cannot be rescheduled beyond Thursday due to time constraints. If it cannot be held, it will be cancelled and the prize fund distributed equally among all qualified competitors.

“The revised programme has been developed to give us the strongest possible opportunity to complete the remaining races.”

Friday’s programme is currently scheduled to feature:

  • Monster Energy Supersport TT Race 2
  • Carole Nash Sportbike TT Race 1
  • Milwaukee Senior TT

Saturday’s schedule includes:

  • Carole Nash Sportbike TT Race 2
  • RL360 Superstock TT Race 2

Should Saturday’s racing also be affected by weather, both races will move to Sunday.

Clerk of the Course Gary Thompson said organisers had explored every available option to maximise track time while maintaining safety as the overriding priority.

“Following the disruption we have experienced throughout the event, we have continued to review every available option to maximise the opportunities for racing, while ensuring the delivery of the race programme to the safest possible conditions remains our primary consideration,” said Thompson.

“The revised programme has been developed to give us the strongest possible opportunity to complete the remaining races, while also protecting the delivery of the Senior TT as the headline race of the event.”

The 2026 TT has already suffered significant disruption due to weather delays, frustrating competitors, teams and fans alike. However, organisers remain hopeful that improved conditions over the coming days will allow the event to conclude with its traditional showpiece, the Milwaukee Senior TT.
