- Titanium slip-on exhausts for Ducati V2 range
- Up to 30.7 percent weight reduction and light performance gains
- Plug and play systems
Akrapovic has introduced two new Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust systems for Ducati owners looking for sharper throttle response and subtle performance gains without turning their bikes into track-only builds.
One system is designed for the Ducati Multistrada V2 and V2 S, with a focus on improving usability in the lower rev range. The other targets the Panigale V2 / V2 S and Ducati Streetfighter V2 / V2 S, aiming to reduce weight and enhance performance higher in the rpm range.
Multistrada V2 / V2 S Slip-On

The Multistrada system features a sandblasted titanium outer muffler sleeve wrapped around a stainless-steel inner core. This layered design keeps weight down and improves corrosion resistance, while using stainless steel in areas where heat and gas flow are more complex to manage.
A handmade carbon-fibre end cap and carbon heatshield complete the package, helping manage heat around the rider’s leg area. Akrapovic claims the system is 5.1 per cent lighter than stock, saving 0.2 kg. On its in-house dyno, the company recorded gains of 0.9 bhp and 3.0 Nm at 3,000 rpm compared with the standard exhaust, pointing to improved low- and mid-range response.
Panigale V2 / Streetfighter V2 Slip-On

For the Panigale V2 and Streetfighter V2 platforms, the slip-on uses twin conical mufflers with honeycomb-style end-cap covers inspired by Akrapovic’s racing systems.
Weight reduction is the headline figure here, with a claimed 30.7 per cent saving over stock, equivalent to 1.0 kg. Given the high and rearward position of the exhaust on these models, reducing mass in this area can positively affect how quickly the bike changes direction and settles mid-corner. Performance gains are focused higher up the rev range, with Akrapovic quoting increases of 1.8 bhp at 11,000 rpm and 0.8 Nm at 7,500 rpm, measured against a stock Panigale V2 on the company’s own test equipment.
Compliance and fitment
Both systems are plug-and-play, require no remapping, and carry EC/ECE type approval with Euro 5+ compliance. Akrapovic also states that the Panigale/Streetfighter version is designed to work with the standard heatshield, keeping installation straightforward for owners who want a clean upgrade without major modifications.
