Fancy riding a Ducati V4 S around one of the best race tracks in the world? Well, now you can and you don’t need the $50k to buy one. Instead, you can hire one to ride at either the iconic Philip Island or twisting Sydney Motorsport Park, and all you need is to get there and hire one from the team at Motorcycling Events Group Australia.
Ducati has announced a major new partnership with Motorcycling Events Group Australia (MEGA) — the operators behind Phillip Island Ride Days and Sydney Motorsport Park Ride Days — giving riders the rare chance to experience a Panigale V4 S on two of Australia’s most iconic racetracks.
From 1 January 2026, Ducati will officially supply a fleet of Panigale V4 S superbikes to MEGA, making them available for hire at every Phillip Island and Sydney Motorsport Park ride day throughout the year. Each bike will run exclusively on Pirelli tyres, matching the exact performance setup Ducati uses for its own track programmes.

The collaboration brings together three major pillars of performance riding: Ducati’s flagship superbike, two world-class racetracks, and MEGA’s long-running reputation for professionally run ride days. For riders, it means unprecedented access — whether that’s firing down Gardner Straight at Phillip Island or carving lines under the lights at SMSP.
Ducati Australia & New Zealand Managing Director Sergi Canovas says the partnership puts the Panigale V4 S exactly where it belongs:
“This partnership gives riders the rare opportunity to experience our flagship superbike in the environment it was engineered for. Ducati and MEGA share a commitment to passion, trust and uncompromising quality.”
MEGA founder and MD Steve Brouggy says the move is a game-changer for everyday riders:
“Adding extraordinary motorcycles like the Panigale V4 S to the country’s best racetracks only ignites our passion further. In 2026 alone there will be more than 70 dates where riders can try these bikes — it’s a massive step forward for what we offer.”
The partnership also signals the beginning of a broader programme of Ducati-curated track experiences set to roll out across Australia from 2026 onward.
Bookings for the Panigale V4 S Experience are now open, giving riders the chance to secure track time on one of the world’s most advanced production superbikes at either Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit or Sydney Motorsport Park. All you need to do is go to the ride days website of the track you wan to ride and then book yourself in. Looking online at the moment and a track day at Philip Island plus hiring a Ducati V4 S starts from AUD$910, with an extra AUD$50 if you want to hire riding gear as well. But, to be honest, you’d probably want to take your own if you’ve got it.
For that, not only will you get to experience riding one of these incredible race tracks – seriously, if you like riding on track, then Philip Island is a bucket list destination – but you get to do it on the latest Desmosedici V4-powered, 209hp, Ducati complete with all the latest electronic aids. If there was ever a present to ask Santa for this Christmas, this is probably it!
