2026 Kawasaki Ninja 650 unveiled overseas

2026 Kawasaki Ninja 650
  • New updates include colour options
  • Slight changes to features
  • Likely to be introduced here soon

Kawasaki has unveiled the 2026 Ninja 650 for international markets, bringing with it two new colour options and a handful of feature updates.

The middleweight sport bike will now be available in three shades. Alongside the familiar Metallic Flat Spark Black/Metallic Carbon Gray, buyers can choose from Lime Green, a classic Kawasaki livery, and Metallic Matte White Tissue Silver X Metallic Flat Spark Black, which introduces a fresh silver base with black striping across the fairing.

Feature upgrades include a revised TFT display that now supports integrated navigation and voice command functions. The windscreen has been adjusted to a more upright angle for improved wind protection, while the pillion seat has been widened and fitted with denser cushioning for better comfort.

Mechanically, the Ninja 650 remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by a 649cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine producing 67bhp and 64Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The motorcycle retains its steel trellis frame, with a kerb weight of 196 kg.

We can expect Kawasaki to introduce the updated Ninja 650 on our shores by the end of 2025.
