Drifting Speed Triples vs. Drifting Mustang
An Icon (American gear brand) production.
Icon wanted to do a video that had potential to go viral, and threw $50k at getting a couple of bikes, riders and a car, as well as RC helicopter (no budget for a full size!) together with a short, basic story to promote their brand and products.
The drift car and it's driver were ruined once in the making of this film. The bikes too didn't escape unscathed. One of the riders threw it away into an uncharachteristic soft, safe patch of road going back down the hill.
Very hooligan, very American, some awesome camera shots and brilliant stretches of closed road, we hope you enjoy it too.
They did this video, after huge success with the below of a stunt rider by the name of 'Shin'.
