Expected to land here before Santa sets off, the new ZX-10R is bristling with new and improved components. With nitrogen-charged forks (first ever on a production motorcycle) as well as a head with straighter, polished exhaust ports, bigger valves, shorter pistons, new crankshaft with 20% less inertia, smaller balancer, revised gearbox, new wheels, brakes, a whole new electronics package, shock, swingarm and steering adjustment and a whole bunch of track/race parts following on the next boat, 2016 sees much more than a BNG (Bold New Graphics) update.

The big winners of the new rules making manufacturers stick closer to the production models are us, as we now have the latest technology virtually the same season – too factory!
